Notices
- Tenants are required to clean the unit (launder towels/sheets, clean dishes, and clean bathrooms) before departure, unless other arrangements are made with the owner. Cleaning materials supplied.
- All linens and towels are furnished. There is a laundry room in the hallway between the 2 back bedrooms.
- Weekly bookings only during the summer season.
- Renters will have access to the owner (who lives in North Carolina) by cell phone for questions/instructions.
